Loy Heng Chian Andrew
Dr Andrew Loy is an otorhinolaryngology (ear, nose and throat) specialist practising at Mount Elizabeth Hospital. He specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of complex cases of the ear, nose and throat (ENT).
Dr Loy was the Tan Chin Tuan Gold Medallist (top student) of Anglo-Chinese Junior College, and won the Loke-Cheng Kim Foundation Scholarship to study Medicine in 1987. He graduated with Honours from the University of Oxford, and went on to complete his medical training at the University of London. He underwent his postgraduate training in ear, nose and throat surgery in Singapore, and obtained the Fellowships of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and Glasgow in 1999.

He was an honorary Fellow at St. Vincent’s and Western Hospital, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia where he studied the use of lasers in the treatment of prostate and urinary stones. He also completed his mini-residency in Robotic Radical Prostatectomy at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Victoria, Australia and University of California, Irvine, USA.
