Tan Puay Ling
Dr Tan Puay Ling is a hand surgeon currently practising at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore. Dr Tan’s special interests are in hand and wrist arthroscopy and hand reconstruction.
Dr Tan completed her medical degree at the National University of Singapore in 1998 and became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2002. She completed the Master of Medicine in Surgery (NUS) in 2002 and obtained her specialist accreditation by the Ministry of Health as a Hand surgeon following that.
Tan Ter Chyan
Dr Tan Ter Chyan graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dublin in 1995, and became Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2001.
He was awarded the Master of Medicine, Orthopaedics by the National University of Singapore in 2002. He obtained his specialist accreditation by the Ministry of Health (Singapore) as a Hand Surgeon in 2005. He has a clinical interest in peripheral nerve surgery, especially brachial plexus surgery, stroke, cerebral palsy and surgical rehabilitation of the upper limb in tetraplegia. His other clinical interest is in minimally invasive surgery of the hand and upper limb especially wrist arthroscopy and endoscopic peripheral nerve surgery.
Winston Chew
Dr Chew graduated from NUS with his basic medical degree (MBBS) in 1989. After he obtained his higher surgical qualifications [(MMed (Surg), FRCS(Ed), FRCS(Glas)], he entered advanced surgical training in orthopaedics and successfully exited to become a specialist in Orthopaedic Surgery [FAMS (Orth)] and became a member of the Academy of Medicine of Singapore in 2001. His clinical interests include managing fractures of the distal radius and hand, wrist conditions, arthroscopy of the wrist and small joints of the hand, reconstruction for deformities of rheumatoid and degenerative arthritis including total joint replacement for the wrist and fingers, and microsurgical reconstruction of both upper and lower limbs including replantations, vascularised free flap and toe-to-hand transfers. His passion is in good patient care.
Yeo Chong Jin
Dr Yeo’s clinical interest include treatment of all hand and wrist trauma and fractures, replantations and reconstructive microsurgery. He has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery for the hand & wrist problems, including wrist arthroscopy, arthroscopic assisted surgery, percutaneous fixation and endoscopic peripheral nerve surgery. He also manages sports related injuries of the wrist and hand.

Dr Chee Kin Ghee is a specialist hand surgeon currently practising in Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore.
