Dr Joy Chan is Medical Director & Senior Consultant in Singapore International Eye Cataract Retina Centre at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre. Dr Chan was previously Consultant in the Ophthalmology Service at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and Jurong Medical Centre. She was also Consultant in the Department of Ophthalmology at National University Hospital.
