Dr. Oen Tuck Soon Francis

Dr Francis Oen is a Medical Director at Singapore Eye and Vision. He is a Senior Consultant Surgeon in Cataract and Comprehensive Ophthalmology and his subspecialty expertise is in the field of Glaucoma. An old boy of St. Joseph’s Institution and Catholic Junior College, he was awarded a Public Service Commission Local Merit Scholarship to study Medicine in 1980. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1985 and went on to do his post-graduate training in Ophthalmology in 1987.
