DR PILLAY graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1982 and subsequently trained in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Department of Orthopaedic at the National University of Singapore. He subsequently obtained his MASTERS IN ORTHOPAEDIC SURGERY in the UK and then went on to train in Arthroscopic Surgery and Joint Replacement Surgery at the University of Toronto, Canada. At the same time he obtained his Diploma in Sports Medicine (Canada).
