Dr. Tan Ban Hock Billy

Dr Billy Tan is an ophthalmologist at Gleneagles Hospital and Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Singapore. His clinical interests include general ophthalmology and cataract surgery as well as vitreo-retinal surgery. After graduating from the University of Singapore in 1981, Dr Tan went on to pursue his specialist training in ophthalmology, and subsequently subspecialty training in Diseases and Surgery of the Vitreous and Retina at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, Melbourne, Australia, on a Singapore Government Scholarship.
