Dr. Yoong Chee Seng

Dr Yoong Chee Seng is an anaesthesiologist and pain physician at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Singapore. He has special interests in chronic pain interventional procedures and regional anaesthesia. Prior to entering private practice, Dr Yoong was the director of the chronic pain service, and the chief of the department of anaesthesia and surgical intensive care at Changi General Hospital (CGH).
