Tan Yah Yuen

Dr Tan Yah Yuen is a breast surgeon at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore.

Her interests are in treating breast disorders including breast lumps, nipple discharge and breast cancer.

She is also experienced in minimally invasive breast surgery, including ultrasound guided vacuum-assisted needle biopsies (mammotomy), and procedures such as ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted needle biopsy.

Oen Tuck Soon Francis

Dr Francis Oen is a Medical Director at Singapore Eye and Vision. He is a Senior Consultant Surgeon in Cataract and Comprehensive Ophthalmology and his subspecialty expertise is in the field of Glaucoma.

An old boy of St. Joseph’s Institution and Catholic Junior College, he was awarded a Public Service Commission Local Merit Scholarship to study Medicine in 1980. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1985 and went on to do his post-graduate training in Ophthalmology in 1987.

Tang Poh Huat Anthony

Dr Anthony Tang is a breast cancer surgeon.

He has clinical interests in breast conservation surgery, breast reconstruction (oncoplasty) and sentinel node biopsy (for minimal lymph node removal).

An ASEAN scholar in his pre-university days, Dr Tang was awarded the prestigious Commonwealth Scholarship for Medicine for his undergraduate medical education in Melbourne, Australia. He went on to complete his postgraduate surgical training and was conferred a joint specialist fellowship with the Singapore and United Kingdom (Edinburgh) boards. Apart from his surgical training, he also attained two postgraduate master’s degrees in medicine (surgery) and in public health (clinical epidemiology).

Dr Jovina See is an ophthalmologist practising in Paragon Medical Centre, Singapore.

She subspecialises in performing laser and surgery for glaucoma and cataracts, LASIK, and a wide variety of other eye conditions. She has a special interest in the imaging and early detection of glaucoma progression, as well as in cataract and refractive surgery.
